Hello! My name is Gigi. I am a Realtor® with Santa Ynez Valley Real Estate Company.  I have been with the compay since 2006 and a Realtor® since 2001.  Not only was I the first female real estate agent at Santa Ynez Valley Real Estate Company in their nearly 50 year history I was also one of the youngest real estate agents in our area for almost a decade!

I consider myself a Santa Ynez Valley native-since I don't remember being anywhere but here!  Both my husband and I as well as 5 (out of 8) of my office mates were raised here and are all now raising our children here.  Having attended local schools, participated in local businesses and events, it's a sure bet, that between me and my office mates, we know everyone in the valley.  Whether you're new or a native we've crossed your path.

The city Solvang has a population of 5,909+/-1.  The entire valley has roughly 30,000 inhabitants, not enough to wow anyone.  However, it's our population to acreage ratio that makes the Santa Ynez Valley desirable as a home and vacation destination.     Its a beautiful valley.  We are in the heart of the Southern California Wine Country-boasting over 200+ wineries and vineyards2.   The Santa Ynez Valley has a rich history-we have descendants from the original Chumash Tribe as well as the original Danish settlers that first came to the Valley.  Mixed in with all of that are the new arrivals that have migrated over the years.  While I consider myself a native, I am only a first generation inhabitant. Many families have been here for four or more generations.

The valley is a great place to call home.  Fantastic weather, close proximity to the beach or mountains and a happy and fun loving environment make this a wonderful place to live.  Having helped people find those homes has been my passion for nearly two decades.  I am a Realtor®, a member of the California as well as National Association of Realtors, I have my CRS. (Certified Residential Specialist), have served on our local board of realtors for 9+ years as well as am past secretary,  Past Vice President and Past President of our local MLS.  Having shared these accomplishments with my broker Allan Jones.  Combined with our office we have over 157 years experience in the real estate industry.
